Teen Mom Star Eyes Boob Job After Welcoming Twins

In the realm of reality TV, the Teen Mom alum dropped a bombshell during a casual Instagram Q&A on a Wednesday. She spilled the beans about her plans for plastic surgery, aiming for a "boob job" soon, hot on the heels of reportedly giving birth to babies six and seven.

As per several reports, the former MTV reality star celebrated the arrival of twins – a boy and a girl – with her boyfriend, Elijah Scott. This double bundle of joy unfolded less than a year after she welcomed her fifth son, Rio.

Despite the happy news, both the Teen Mom alum and Scott have remained tight-lipped about the twins' birth. However, online speculation soared when pictures from late November showed Lowry celebrating Rio's first birthday sans a visible baby bump.

The confirmation about the twins came straight from the horse's mouth during an October 27 episode of her podcast, Barely Famous. She candidly revealed that the twins were conceived just before a March vacation to Thailand, a few months after Rio entered their lives. "I must have got pregnant right before I left," she reminisced about the trip she took without Scott. "And I had no idea."

Lowry went on to share her excitement about welcoming twins in the near future, affectionately calling them her "permanent souvenirs" from the trip.

Initially, a gender reveal party hinted at two more boys, solidifying her status as the ultimate boy mom. However, a TikTok video, shared by the podcast host, later revealed that one of the twins was, in fact, a girl. The revelation stunned both Lowry and her sons, who were so thrilled that they erupted into a fit of screams and tears. With the long-awaited addition of a girl to her brood of boys, the alum declared she's done with "baby making."

In a recent podcast episode, she expressed eagerness to close the chapter on pregnancy for good. "I'm excited to get my tubes cut out. Because I said this last time and I found out I was pregnant and I couldn't," she shared. This decision marked the end of surprise pregnancies, unplanned twists, and firmly closed the chapter on baby-making. Despite bidding farewell to that aspect of motherhood, she conveyed her excitement about exploring privacy in sharing only what she wishes.

Beyond the newborns and the one-year-old Rio, she is already a mom to Isaac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 10, with ex Javi Marroquin, and Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex Chris Lopez.
