The Friend of Allah

As Ibrahim raised the knife to fulfill Allah's command, he was stopped by the divine intervention of Allah, who replaced Isma'il with a ram. This act of obedience and submission earned Ibrahim the title of "Khalilullah," meaning "Friend of Allah," a testament to his unwavering faith and trust in the divine.
Throughout his life, Ibrahim continued to face challenges and trials, but he never wavered in his faith. He journeyed across the desert, calling people to the worship of one true God and spreading the message of monotheism far and wide.
In his old age, Ibrahim was blessed with the birth of his son, Ishaq (Isaac in English), who would continue his legacy of faith and righteousness. Together, they built the foundations of the sacred city of Mecca, a place of pilgrimage for Muslims around the world.
